Can different departments have their own users, favourites and playlists?

Partly.

• Favourites: Yes. Favourites belong to the licence. If a department has its own licence, it also has its own favourites. Devices logged in with the same licence see the same favourites.
• Cyclists: No. Cyclists belong to the whole customer and are shared across all its licences. Every department sees the same cyclists when logging a cycling session.
• Playlists: You cannot make your own playlists yet, for the whole customer or for a department.
