The application asks for a license code

The license code will need to re-validate or is expired

If the computer is offline (without internet connection) for a long time, the license code will need to re-validate. In earlier versions of Motiview for Windows, the application then ask for a license code.

To fix, you'll need to connect to the internet and do one of the following:

1) Update and restart the application

2) If you do not have access to do updates on your PC, or have trouble upgrading, add the license code provided by Motitech. If the license code hasn't expired, it should now validate.
