# How do I continue a session that was interrupted?

## Continuing an interrupted cycling session: open the video again and jump to where you stopped

You can always go back to a video and continue where you stopped:

1. Open the same video again.
2. Jump to the point in the video where the session was interrupted. Drag the timeline at the bottom of the video to jump to exactly the time you want.
