# Can I use Motiview without exercise equipment?

Yes. The Motiview app is not connected to the exercise equipment, so the videos play the same way whether you ride a bike, use a pedal trainer or use no equipment at all. The videos can be used, for example, for a shared journey on a big screen, for conversation and memories, or for chair exercises.
